EZ Expediting’s Pledge of ServiceEZ Expediting, Inc., will provide each and every customer with reliable, efficient, honest, and dependable shipping. We will strive to meet all your needs by personalizing each shipment -- from pick up to the final delivery.
EZ Expediting was established in 2000 to service the shipping needs of its customers. We pride ourselves on the personalized service we offer our customers and the individualized attention we give to each and every shipment. This diligence gives EZ Expediting an advantage over our competition, and allows us to provide services other transporting companies can’t offer. Shipments are closely monitored, and we will call the shipping customer when delivery is completed -- our customers are informed as soon as the delivery is made without their having to contact us. EZ Expediting is small enough to be friendly, but large enough to be reliable. We operate a small fleet of trucks to serve Northern Illinois, Southeast Michigan, Ohio, and Northern Indiana. Our entire staff is dedicated to providing honest, reliable, service, and we take pride in expediting deliveries as promised.
We offer same day delivery within 40 miles from our Rockville, Illinois headquarters. Special "rush deliveries" will be handled on an individual basis with every consideration to meet the customer’s schedule.
Next Day Delivery Within our Mid-West operating area, deliveries can be made by 2:30pm on the following day, unless circumstances necessitate an earlier delivery time.

Load Sizes No shipment is too small for EZ Expediting to consider it a priority delivery. For large deliveries, our maximum load weight is 4,000 pounds. Loads of larger sizes should be banded to skids to prevent shifting during transport.
Pallets should not be loaded higher than four feet from the top of the skid. Shipments of larger height and length must be given special consideration, and may require special accommodations. Please contact the EZ Expediting office for more details.
Packing Requirements
Full Descriptions Required The customer must provide a detailed description of all shipped materials including package markings, number of items, and material content. This information will be required on every invoice.
Restricted Items Certain items are restricted by the Department of Transportation and will not be transported by EZ Expediting.
all other items restricted by individual state or regional laws (such as narcotics)
EZ Expediting must be notified and give prior approval before shipping any of the following items:
Insurance Each shipment is automatically insured, based on the value stated by the customer, up to $25,000. Shipments of greater value will require additional considerations, and added insurance costs may apply. |
